When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 hours.

After the processing period, a tracking email will automatically be sent via email to showcase that the package is ready for deliveries by mail carriers (USPS, FedEx,  UPS). It may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

All shipping transit times are estimated delivery time.

Domestic Delivery Time

All Essensy orders are shipped out of the Los Angeles area. Orders with standard shipping usually take 2-5 business days from the day it ships to arrive at the final destination. For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available.

Where do you ship to? 

We ship to All States in the United States and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses). For armed forces, please select APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method. 

For international destinations, we are currently shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time. See more information below for international customers.

International Orders 

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to the sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.

Please note that all international shipping delivery time varies based on location. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time of arrival due to instances of customs and importation delays.

Late Shipments

Due to COVID-19 along with the high volumes of packages that shipping carriers receive, all shipping estimates are not guaranteed. All orders will be dispatched out of our facility within our 24-72 hour processing time window. However, carriers such as USPS have not been actively scanning packages to indicate movement during transit, so we recommend patience as the package will eventually update or be delivered.

Essensy does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
